Introduction
Yanase-shiten is a Tonkatsu restaurant with more than 40 years of history. Using strictly selected pork, homemade panko (breadcrumbs), and the highest quality lard, it proudly offers authentic Tonkatsu such as Rosu-katsu (loin cutlet) and Hire-katsu (fillet cutlet). In addition, its Misaki Maguro (tuna) sashimi teishoku (set meal) and Katsu-curry (Rosu-katsu topped on curry & rice) are very popular as well.
Katsu-curry
It also features Katsu-curry (Rosu-katsu topped on curry & rice). The homemade curry sauce is made with 20 different kinds of spices and made-in-Furano wine.
