Introduction
Edomae-tempura Hamura is an authentic Tempura restaurant has gained a Michelin star for four consecutive years. The owner/chef makes crispy, scrumptious tempura of a variety of selected ingredients in season; for example, wild mountain vegetables in spring, abalone and green asparagus in summer, Matsutake mushroom and goby in autumn, and soft cod roe and oyster in winter.
